This site has been the only thing that’s kept me sane during this election. I’ve been going out of my mind with anxiousness. I needed a place to cool off and share my freaked out thoughts with other people.

This site has been that place.

In the past few weeks I’ve been paying closer attention to this election than ever before. More so than any election before now. I’ve always been a Democrat, but I’ve only really been able to look at and process the information for myself for a short period of time.

Since about the Bush – Gore election, I’ve been very aware of politics. That is, since about 1st grade. And most of that time has been spent watching everything that’s been going on, and wallowing in the guilt of the knowledge that I couldn’t do anything to help. Watching, wallowing, and waiting to be eighteen so I could vote.
